1. Perform preliminary tasks for meal preparation under the guidance of the head chef, including peeling, chopping, and cooking vegetables.
2. Assist the head chef in preparing various dishes.
3. Execute plating and seasoning of dishes.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and tools.
5. Perform dishwashing duties.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

1. Possession of a CAP or BEP in culinary arts.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.

1. Proficiency in basic culinary techniques.
2. Dynamic and organized with a keen sense of discretion and culinary curiosity.
3. Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage priorities.
4. Demonstrates rigor and is proactive in suggesting improvements.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a culinary setting is required.

CAP or BEP in Culinary Arts.
