1. Support the CRM team with client requests related to the Loyalty Program.
2. Assist in loyalty-related projects aimed at enhancing client experience.
3. Manage loyalty stock inventory, orders, and oversee deliveries to clients and stores.
4. Conduct competitor and market trend analysis on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
5. Compile campaign reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis.
6. Assist with KPI reporting for the Loyalty Program.
7. Aid in building email and clienteling communications using Adobe Campaign.
8. Provide support for updating Loyalty Program triggered email creatives.

1. Strong experience in operational tasks such as logistics and client relations.
2. Demonstrable knowledge of the luxury industry and interest in CRM.
3. Highly organized and solution-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Adaptable and resilient with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
5. Previous experience in CRM is desirable but not mandatory.

1. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Adept at learning and using new technical tools.
3. Client-centric with customer service or retail experience.
4. Experience with Adobe Campaign is desirable.
5. Analytical mindset.

Beginner level experience in operational tasks and client relations within the luxury industry.
