- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends and correlations for improved customer loyalty.
- Develop CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and support decision-making processes.
- Establish and execute A/B testing plans to optimize customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional and central teams, to implement data-driven CRM initiatives.
- Support CRM projects related to omni-channel, new loyalty programs, and POS from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Explore new opportunities for customer recruitment across various channels and design a cohesive omni-client journey.
- 5-7 years of experience in the retail or FMCG industry with high SKU consumer products, cosmetics preferred.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a CRM or marketing analytic role.
- Fluent in local language and business-level English proficiency.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
