Christian Dior CRM Assistant

1. Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns, including MMS, DM, and EDM.
2. Coordinate the translation of marketing content with internal teams and external vendors.
3. Support the production of campaign assets such as artwork, printing, and digital materials with regional teams and suppliers.
4. Collaborate with the product team to follow up on digital content.
5. Support campaign item allocation and monitor inventory levels.
6. Assist in processing orders, including item creation and internal system entry.
7. Coordinate with vendors for dispatch and delivery of DM/MMS.
8. Respond to inquiries and issues from counters related to campaign operations.
9. Consolidate and report on CRM campaign and program performance results.
10. Update and report monthly expenses for CRM activities.
11. Process purchase orders and expense reports in internal systems.
12. Assist with ad-hoc requests or contingency activations as needed.

1. 1–3 years of CRM-related experience preferred.
2. Prior experience in Retail, FMCG, or related industries is advantageous.
3. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. High attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Good communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in the local language; business-level English proficiency preferred.

Beginner-level experience in CRM or related fields.
