5. Develop the skills of Beauty Consultants in product knowledge and sales techniques in collaboration with the local training team.
6. Set daily tasks and goals for the team, including motivation and encouragement.
7. Manage team schedules considering counter activities.
8. Onboard and train new employees.
9. Conduct weekly inventory checks and adhere to stock processes.
10. Coordinate logistics and maintenance in collaboration with the back office.
11. Execute promotions and in-store animations.

1. Passion for sales and customer service.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales/consulting.
3. Mandatory experience as a Counter Manager.
4. Proficiency in German; additional languages are advantageous.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
