- Drive sales growth and achieve qualitative targets by implementing the commercial strategy of the Maison.
- Organize and execute promotional activities within the boutique and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional service to local and international clients, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Implement and monitor CRM and clienteling activities.
- Analyze competitive environment and identify opportunities.
- Conduct weekly and monthly analysis and reporting of brand and competitive metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal Couture team and external LVMH brands to leverage group strength and expand customer base.
- Develop team competencies in product knowledge and sales techniques in collaboration with the local training team.
- Ensure development opportunities for staff and contribute to talent promotion within local and regional teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
- Define tasks and goals for the team, motivating them through sales competitions.
- Ensure effective use of digital tools by the team and monitor results.
- Promote the building of customer portfolios and create lasting, personalized relationships with local and international clientele.
- Ensure adherence to the Maison's standards of excellence at the counter, including behavior, team presentation, and customer experience.
- Implement international and local merchandising guidelines for the flagship counter and staff grooming.
- Create deployment plans, contribute to optimal stock management, and ensure compliance with procedures (product orders, inventories) and cash management oversight.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for the Maison's products and knowledge of the high-end or luxury retail environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership and performance enhancement.
- Recognized leadership qualities, ability to motivate a large team, and strong team spirit.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability, diligence, goal orientation, commercial acumen, and enjoyment of challenges.

Minimum of 5 years in team leadership and performance enhancement in a luxury retail environment.
Degree in Commerce, Management, or Luxury Goods is advantageous.
The collective agreement minimum salary is €34,594 gross per year for 38.5 hours per week. Willingness to pay above this amount based on qualifications and experience.
