Parfums Christian Dior Counter Manager

- Drive sales and prioritize counter objectives through strategic initiatives.
- Organize and evaluate promotional activities to enhance sales performance.
- Provide exceptional service to local and international clientele, fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Implement and monitor CRM and clienteling activities.
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct weekly and monthly brand and competitor performance analyses.
- Cultivate relationships with internal couture teams and external LVMH brands to leverage group strengths and expand customer base.
- Develop team competencies in product knowledge and sales techniques in collaboration with the training team.
- Ensure team development and contribute to talent promotion within local and regional teams.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
- Define team tasks and goals, motivate through sales competitions.
- Ensure effective use of digital tools and monitor results.
- Promote personalized customer relationships and portfolio development.
- Maintain Maison's excellence standards at the counter, including team presentation and customer experience.
- Implement international and local merchandising and grooming standards.
- Create staffing plans, manage inventory, and oversee cash management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Management, or Luxury Goods.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for Maison products and knowledge of high-end or luxury retail.
- Recognized leadership skills with the ability to motivate a large team.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability, diligence, goal orientation, commercial acumen, and enjoyment of challenges.

Minimum 5 years of substantial experience in team leadership and performance enhancement.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Management, or Luxury Goods.
The collective agreement minimum salary is €34,594 gross per year for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
