- Proficiency in digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and terminology.
- Proficient in computer use and data analysis.
- Customer management expertise.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (for large stores).
- Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail management with a proven record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
