- Provide exceptional client service and a unique shopping experience as part of the beauty consultant team.
- Advise clients and sell products across three categories: fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
- Implement the D.I.O.R. sales method and adhere to Dior's merchandising guidelines.
- Lead and develop the team, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Define team missions and objectives, motivating and challenging team members daily.
- Ensure proper use of digital tools and monitor results.
- Build and maintain a personalized client portfolio, fostering lasting relationships.
- Execute CRM and clienteling actions using Dior Connect.
- Uphold the brand's image of excellence at the counter, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Create sales reports, analyze revenue trends, and track key performance indicators.
- Ensure high work quality and achieve sales budget targets.
- Organize promotions and implement in-store animations.
- Plan activities, manage inventory, and oversee cash management.
- Passion for sales and client consultation.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in sales/consultation.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrances.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; German is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales or consultation, particularly within the luxury or high-end retail sector.
