- Provide exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience as part of the beauty consultant team.
- Advise clients and sell products across the three categories: perfumes, skincare, and makeup.
- Apply the D.I.O.R. sales method and adhere to Dior's merchandising guidelines.
- Develop and manage the skills of beauty consultants, makeup artists, and fragrance experts, ensuring continuous team development.
- Define missions and objectives for team members, motivating and challenging them daily.
- Ensure the proper use of brand digital tools and monitor results.
- Build and maintain a personalized and lasting relationship with clients.
- Implement and oversee CRM and clienteling actions using the Dior Connect application.
- Uphold the brand's image of excellence at the counter, ensuring team presentation and customer experience standards are met.
- Create weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing revenue evolution and key performance indicators across various points of sale.
- Ensure high-quality work and responsibility for achieving sales budget.
- Execute promotions and implement animations.
- Develop activity plans, contribute to optimal stock management, and ensure compliance with procedures (product orders, stand inventories) and oversee cash management.
- Passion for sales and customer consultancy.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in sales/consultancy.
- In-depth knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrances.
- Fluency in Italian, with good proficiency in English; German is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong passion for Dior products and good knowledge of the high-end and/or luxury retail environment.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales or consultancy, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
