1. Manage and lead the counter team to maximize store performance in sales and client management.
2. Ensure exceptional service levels and embody the brand's values.
3. Develop and implement business management strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
4. Cultivate a client-centric culture, enhancing customer experiences and loyalty.
5. Oversee operations management, including inventory control and administrative tasks.
6. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and operational compliance.
7. Report to the Retail Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience in luxury or cosmetics, with proven management capabilities.
2. Demonstrated track record of achieving retail sales and profitability results.
3. Experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Excellent sales skills and digital proficiency.
2. Strong knowledge of cosmetics and beauty industry vocabulary.
3. Proficient in computer and analytical skills.
4. Client management and people management skills.
5. Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred.

Minimum 5 years of retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry, demonstrating successful management capabilities.
