1. Lead and manage the counter team to maximize store performance in sales and client management.
2. Ensure the delivery of exceptional service levels and embody the brand's values.
3. Develop and implement business initiatives and action plans to grow the customer base and enhance sales.
4. Manage client data to foster customer loyalty and execute in-store and remote actions to drive traffic.
5. Oversee operations management, including shift planning, inventory management, and sales analysis.
6. Maintain operational compliance and ensure the application of visual merchandising guidelines.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry with proven management capabilities.
2. Demonstrated track record of achieving retail results in revenue and profitability.
3. Experience working within a luxury retail environment.

1. Excellent sales skills and digital proficiency.
2. Strong knowledge of cosmetics and beauty-related vocabulary.
3. Proficient in computer and analytical skills.
4. Client management and people management skills.
5. Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail within the luxury and/or cosmetics industry, demonstrating successful management capabilities and a proven track record in achieving retail results.
