Counter Manager

1. Manage the counter and team in Eindhoven.
2. Develop and lead the team to maximize store performance in sales and customer management.
3. Ensure exceptional service levels.
4. Daily team management and fostering a positive team spirit.
5. Set realistic individual KPIs for the team.
6. Coach and develop team skills using Dior tools and training materials.
7. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

9. Oversee the annual review process for all store staff.
10. Promote a culture of relationship building and personalized customer experiences.
11. Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to counter and services KPIs.
12. Manage and utilize client data to enhance customer loyalty.
13. Propose and execute in-store and remote actions to drive store traffic and customer loyalty.
14. Achieve consistent sales performance and profitability goals.
15. Develop business initiatives and action plans to grow the customer base and sales.
16. Ensure operational compliance and manage administrative tasks.

1. Previous retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry.
2. Proven management capabilities with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
3. Track record of excelling in retail results.
