- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and service KPIs daily.
- Maintain a comprehensive and omnichannel vision of the business, mastering KPIs and identifying key drivers and opportunities.
- Continuously assess counter performance, developing and implementing action plans to enhance results and generate sales across all channels.
- Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
- Gather and report market and competition trends, identifying opportunities for commercial development.
- Report store performance weekly to the Retail Manager.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are applied to the highest standard.
- Educate customers on the Dior brand and products, fostering strong customer loyalty and developing the counter's customer database.
- Manage relationships with retailers and report any issues to the Retail Manager.
- Strong previous retail experience in the luxury and/or beauty industry.
- Previous experience within stock management and related procedures is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of omnichannel retail strategies and client experience.
- Interest in new digital tools and services.
- Trustworthiness and honesty.
- Genuine passion for beauty, fashion, and luxury.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, particularly within the luxury or beauty sectors.
