1. Support the International CSR Manager in defining and implementing societal engagement strategies in France, including organizing and animating partnerships for equal opportunities and professional integration.
2. Participate in the promotion and monitoring of actions supporting parenthood.
3. Assist in developing awareness tools on disability and non-discrimination within the diversity and inclusion policy.
4. Contribute to campaigns promoting well-being and quality of life at work alongside other CSR stakeholders.
5. Engage in the implementation of the CSR policy in France through forums, communication materials, and sensitization efforts with HR, managers, and employees.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources, Business School, or University with a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility.
2. Proven understanding of CSR issues, including diversity, inclusion, disability, parenthood, and workplace well-being.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and regular use of PowerPoint presentations.
4. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

A minimum of 6 months of successful experience in associative project management is required.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) related to Corporate Social Responsibility.
