Parfums Christian Dior Corporate Social Responsibility Project Assistant

- Support the International CSR Manager in defining and implementing societal engagement strategies in France, including organizing and animating partnerships for equal opportunities and professional integration.
- Participate in the promotion and monitoring of actions supporting parenthood.
- Assist in developing awareness tools on disability and non-discrimination within the diversity and inclusion policy.
- Contribute to campaigns promoting well-being and quality of life at work alongside other CSR stakeholders.
- Engage in the implementation of the CSR policy in France through forums, communication materials, and sensitization efforts with HR, managers, and employees.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources, Business School, or University with a specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Proven understanding of CSR issues, including diversity, inclusion, disability, parenthood, and workplace well-being.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and regular use of PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
A minimum of 6 months of successful experience in associative project management is required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) related to Corporate Social Responsibility.
