Parfums Christian Dior Continuous Improvement Project Manager

- Conduct a comprehensive assessment and critical analysis of existing processes, including process mapping and data collection.
- Develop and propose methodologies to optimize processes, focusing on reducing low-value tasks.
- Deploy and utilize Lean Management tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Pareto analysis.
- Define appropriate methodologies and objectives, projecting necessary KPIs to establish dashboards and tracking tools for production plans and client delays.
- Construct dashboards for monitoring industrial costs, particularly in stock management.
- Educate, train, and support colleagues in adopting new tools and processes.
- Enrolled in a Master's program (BAC +5) with a focus on Supply Chain in an Engineering or Business School.
- Strong initiative and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process and project orientation.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates beginning their careers.
Master's degree in progress in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
