Parfums Christian Dior Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern

- Monitor hourly performance across all production lines and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of SF control methods such as fatigue and quality recalibration.
- Characterize SO in manufacturing and ensure the tracking of industrialization indicators.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimize production flow, quality, and productivity.
- Actively participate in team observation and management, supporting the Service Manager.
- Currently enrolled in an industrial engineering program, seeking a final-year internship of at least six months.
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to apply rigor, method, and organization to ensure process quality and reliability.
- Capacity to work autonomously and contribute actively to cross-functional projects.
- Result-oriented with a sensitivity to environmental and societal issues.
No prior experience required, suitable for students in their final year of study.
Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering.
Opportunity to gain comprehensive insight into a cosmetic production workshop and develop skills in Lean Management, production monitoring, and cross-functional project management.
