- Participate in daily production performance routines and collaborate with on-the-ground teams to gather data and feedback.
- Analyze existing processes to identify improvement areas using a gain/effort approach.
- Assist in formalizing procedures and operational modes.
- Educate and train teams on continuous improvement methods and tools, ensuring sustainability of solutions and regularly auditing production standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of actions.
- Implement and optimize the industrial performance measurement system through data collection and analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Organize trials and tests in coordination with internal stakeholders such as production, engineering, quality, and EHS teams.
- Conduct working groups and support change management.
- Coordinate the industrialization of new products within the production unit, including participation in preparatory meetings and trials, defining cadence hypotheses, and coordinating production startups.
- Engineering degree with at least one end-of-study mission (VIE, internships, fixed-term contracts) in an industrial context.
- Proven project management and continuous improvement skills, with a preference for Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
- Exemplary teamwork, organizational skills, and process orientation.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction and relationship building.
- Ability to motivate and unite teams around common objectives.
- Proactive initiative-taking and customer service orientation.
Entry-level experience with a minimum requirement of an end-of-study mission in an industrial production setting.
Engineering degree.
