1. Participate in daily production performance routines and collaborate with on-the-ground teams to gather data and feedback.
2. Analyze existing processes to identify improvement areas using a gain/effort approach.
3. Assist in formalizing procedures and operational modes.
4. Educate and train teams on continuous improvement methods and tools, ensuring sustainability of solutions and regularly auditing production standards.
5. Monitor and analyze performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of actions.
6. Implement and optimize the industrial performance measurement system through data collection and analysis.
7. Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
8. Organize trials and tests in coordination with internal stakeholders such as production, engineering, quality, and EHS teams.
9. Conduct working groups and support change management.
10. Coordinate the industrialization of new products within the production unit, including participation in preparatory meetings and trials, defining cadence hypotheses, and coordinating production startups.

1. Engineering degree with at least one end-of-study mission (VIE, internships, fixed-term contracts) in an industrial context.
2. Proven project management and continuous improvement skills, with a preference for Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
