1. Contribute to the continuous improvement strategy of the quality control department, aiming to enhance packaging control strategies in alignment with production and marketing requirements.
2. Conduct a critical analysis of existing processes by collecting data from various stakeholders to identify dysfunctions and improvement opportunities.
3. Evaluate the current quality control strategy, including control ranges and characteristics, and propose enhancements using tools such as 5S, 3M, and Six Sigma.
4. Develop an action plan for analysis standards, considering quality/packaging specifics and production constraints.
5. Propose, monitor, and analyze performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented actions.
6. Communicate progress to relevant stakeholders and raise awareness among teams about the deployed changes to ensure sustainability.
7. Support the integration of solutions into the documentary and IT systems.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Quality Management.
2. Previous experience in continuous improvement through internships or apprenticeships, with developed skills in Lean Manufacturing.

1. Result-oriented with a focus on performance management based on reliable data.
2. Proactive and distinguished by curiosity and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Adaptability and quick responsiveness.
4. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI and Excel, and familiarity with ISO standards.

Entry-level experience in continuous improvement, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality Management.
