- Contribute to the continuous improvement strategy of the quality control department, aiming to enhance packaging control strategies in alignment with production and marketing requirements.
- Conduct a critical analysis of existing processes by collecting data from various stakeholders to identify dysfunctions and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate the current quality control strategy, including control ranges and characteristics, and propose enhancements using tools such as 5S, 3M, and Six Sigma.
- Develop an action plan for analysis standards, considering quality/packaging specifics and production constraints.
- Propose, monitor, and analyze performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Communicate progress to relevant stakeholders and raise awareness among teams about the deployed changes to ensure sustainability.
- Support the integration of solutions into the documentary and IT systems.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Quality Management.
- Previous experience in continuous improvement through internships or apprenticeships, with developed skills in Lean Manufacturing.
- Result-oriented with a focus on performance management based on reliable data.
- Proactive and distinguished by curiosity and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability and quick responsiveness.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI and Excel, and familiarity with ISO standards.
Entry-level experience in continuous improvement, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality Management.
