1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current processes to identify inefficiencies and potential improvements.
2. Optimize sample flow from production workshops to laboratories, minimizing time losses.

4. Analyze costs associated with each analysis, including consumables.
5. Develop and implement an action plan considering quality specifications and production constraints.

1. Final-year engineering student with a focus on flow management and planning or industrial engineering.
2. Previous experience in continuous improvement through internships or co-op programs.
3. Result-oriented with a strong ability to manage performance based on reliable data.
4. Proactive and curious, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Adaptable and quick to respond to changing environments.
6. Proficient in analytical tools such as Power BI and Excel.
