- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current processes to identify inefficiencies and potential improvements.
- Optimize sample flow from production workshops to laboratories, minimizing time losses.

- Analyze costs associated with each analysis, including consumables.
- Develop and implement an action plan considering quality specifications and production constraints.
- Utilize Lean Management techniques such as PDCA, 3M, 5S, and Six Sigma to guide initiatives.

- Participate in ongoing continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Final-year engineering student with a focus on flow management and planning or industrial engineering.
- Previous experience in continuous improvement through internships or co-op programs.
- Result-oriented with a strong ability to manage performance based on reliable data.
- Proactive and curious, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptable and quick to respond to changing environments.
- Proficient in analytical tools such as Power BI and Excel.
