1. Assist in implementing communication strategies related to VIPs, celebrities, and experts across international subsidiaries.
2. Coordinate seeding and special deliveries, managing stock in anticipation of product launches.
3. Support the organization and execution of international events, including logistics and guestlist management.
4. Facilitate coordination for fashion shows, including talent arrivals and exclusive service arrangements.
5. Oversee content and post-production processes, liaising with external partners.
6. Analyze and report on media coverage and rankings using Tribe Dynamics.
7. Manage invoicing processes and budget documentation.

1. Enrolled in a Business or Marketing school program, equivalent to BAC +4 or 5.
2. Previous significant internship or apprenticeship experience in luxury fashion or beauty sectors.
3. Fluent in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Candidates should have prior internship or apprenticeship experience in public relations or communications within the luxury sector.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field at a BAC +4 or 5 level.
