Parfums Christian Dior Communication Intern – VIP & Celebrity Project Assistant

- Support the implementation of communication strategies related to VIPs, celebrities, and experts for Christian Dior Parfums' international subsidiaries, assisting with daily requests such as pre-validation of talent and expert castings, local activations, creative briefs, and content sharing.
- Coordinate seeding and special mailings, including stock management and product orders in collaboration with external agencies and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of international events, including program development, coordination of travel and accommodation, and guestlist management.
- Organize activities around fashion shows, including coordinating talent arrivals, room deliveries, personalized product placements, and exclusive service bookings for VIPs.
- Manage content follow-up and post-production in collaboration with suppliers and markets.
- Analyze and report on media coverage and rankings using Tribe Dynamics software, creating reports for top management.
- Oversee invoicing, follow-ups, and supplier account creation, managing the monthly budget document.
- Currently enrolled in a business or marketing school or equivalent, with a BAC +4 or 5 level.
- Demonstrated organization, versatility, rigor, and open-mindedness.
- Seeking experience in public relations within a prestigious luxury brand, with autonomy in responsibilities and projects.
- Passion for fashion and beauty, with a keen interest in cinema, music, and art, and a strong understanding of industry players.
- Previous significant experience (internship/apprenticeship) in the sector.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Tribe Dynamics software for media analysis.
Previous significant experience in public relations or a related field, preferably within the luxury sector, through internships or apprenticeships.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, at BAC +4 or 5 level.
