Parfums Christian Dior Commercial Strategy Development Manager

- Conduct detailed sell-in and sell-out analysis by franchise, including monitoring product quotas.
- Prepare and present regular business performance reports and actionable insights to management and teams.
- Manage investment tracking, expense analysis, and monitor key P&L items such as sales force, activations, and permanent locations.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial simulations to optimize resource allocation.
- Develop and deliver high-impact presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key findings, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Participate in transversal projects and opportunity studies, contributing analytical and strategic input.
- Provide monthly market and sell-out reports analysis, synthesize retailer insights to support Area Managers in devising action plans and market strategies.
- Work with General Manager to identify and evaluate new opportunities for profitable growth in key accounts and emerging markets.
- Centralize and disseminate critical information to sales teams across countries and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Support the preparation of sales cycles team meetings and retail animations, including defining assortments and sell-out objectives.
- Business or finance degree preferred; experience in retail, FMCG, or luxury sectors is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentation decks and Microsoft Office suites; Power BI proficiency is a plus.
- Highly numerical with experience in conducting business simulations and scenario planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Business or finance degree preferred.
