Christian Dior Commercial Manager

- Support the Senior Commercial Manager in developing a 3-year strategic vision for key retailers, ensuring annual reviews and necessary adjustments.
- Recommend and implement annual budgets and plans to align with strategic objectives, including negotiation of commercial terms and retail tactics.
- Monitor and analyze trading results to ensure performance targets are met, proposing enhancements and securing additional support as needed.
- Drive P&L management in line with strategic goals, addressing budget variances to achieve profit targets.
- Collaborate with the Operations team for accurate inventory forecasting and management, ensuring optimal stock levels and resolving out-of-stock issues.
- Act as the primary liaison for retailer communications, maintaining strong relationships across all functions.
- Lead and coordinate key projects to enhance business performance, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury goods, cosmetics, or retail.
- Proven commercial success in fragrance and make-up categories.
- Experience with Boots is essential.
- Graduate-level education.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to adapt techniques for optimal outcomes.
- Effective influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Analytical proficiency in interpreting financial, market, and category data.
- Creative commercial acumen for developing innovative trade plans.
- Digital fluency in integrating campaigns and partnerships to enhance retail impact.
- Operational excellence in inventory management and launch readiness.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury goods, cosmetics, or retail, with a strong background in fragrance and make-up.
Graduate-level education.
