Parfums Christian Dior Commercial Key Account Team Intern

- Support the team in developing an accurate understanding of the market by tracking main competitors' trade activities at POS and digital platforms, updating and optimizing follow-up files, analyzing and comparing market activations, liaising with retail teams to ensure information coherency, and following up on Parfums Christian Dior image guidelines.
- Assist Key Account Managers in developing Dior loyalty programs for retailers by liaising with training teams to collect subscription and participation data, updating and optimizing follow-up files, communicating results to retail teams, developing communication supports for retail teams and POS, and ensuring coherency between BELUX and NL programs.
- Update operational reports and presentations, including POS performances per category, e-retail performances, European retailer files, follow-up of BENELUX trade results, and price tracking.
- Monitor monthly selling tools to be sent to perfumeries by liaising with all marketing departments to extract monthly required data, updating files with monthly/trade-related information, sending and getting files approved by the Supply Chain department, and informing Key Account Managers about follow-up.
- Assist punctually on various missions for the sales team by summarizing Dior's overall performance with graphs, liaising with the marketing department to get updated product presentations and information, and liaising with the supply chain department to ensure product delivery.
- Student in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics
- First experience in buying, marketing, or retail
- Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Attraction for figures and analysis
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Well-organized and rigorous
- Ability to work independently
- Creative thinking and ability to bring new ideas
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand complex matters
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset
Beginner level experience in buying, marketing, or retail is required.
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics program.
