1. Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Conduct stock and trade analysis, validating retailer orders.
3. Track sales for the division, including new launches and seasonal products.
4. Prepare for strategy and sales meetings.
5. Centralize and monitor communication to accounts, including merchandising and correspondence.
6. Manage administration for account openings, closures, and detail changes.
7. Coordinate with retailer contacts on trade marketing plans and stock order fulfillment.
8. Liaise with marketing for the implementation of marketing plans and commercial activities.
9. Prepare account-specific forms and coordinate the returns process.
10. Assist in updating and developing the forecast process and budget files.
11. Support in implementing the business unit plan and distribution projects.
12. Assist in preparing sales meeting presentations and coordinating e-commerce plans with the CRM team.

1. Graduate from a business school with strong analytical skills.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proactive and self-starting attitude.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury environment is advantageous but not essential.

Graduate from a business school.
