1. Produce weekly retail sales reports and update monthly retailer reports.
2. Conduct stock and trade analysis and validate retailer orders.
3. Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently to generate reports.
4. Track sales and orders, including new launches and replenishment orders.
5. Perform ad-hoc analysis by category, franchise, or account to support sales strategies.
6. Prepare materials for strategy and sales meetings.
7. Centralize and monitor communication with internal teams such as Customer Services, Retail Operations, and Marketing.
8. Manage administration related to account openings, closures, and detail changes.
9. Liaise with retailer contacts on trade marketing plans and stock order fulfillment.
10. Collaborate with Marketing on implementing marketing plans and commercial activities.
11. Prepare account-specific forms and coordinate the returns process.
12. Support new launch forecasts and update budget files with spending.
13. Assist in the preparation of sales meeting presentations.
14. Collaborate with the Digital team on retailer e-commerce plans.

1. Fluent in English
2. Experience in sales, retail, or customer service within a fashion or luxury environment is advantageous but not essential.
