1. Produce weekly retail sales reports and update monthly retailer reports.
2. Conduct stock and trade analysis and validate retailer orders.
3. Utilize Microsoft Excel for high-level reporting and analysis.
4. Track retail sell-in and sell-out sales, particularly for new launches and seasonal products.
5. Support the coordination and preparation of strategy and sales meetings.
6. Prepare account-specific documentation and coordinate returns processes.
7. Liaise with the e-retail team to ensure timely product launches.
8. Manage communications regarding product launches, sampling, and promotional activities.
9. Update trade marketing plans and promotional trackers, sharing insights with the team.
10. Review retailer orders to align with demand and maximize stock availability.
11. Assist in updating site fee and purchase order files, and track spending.
12. Support the returns process in alignment with senior management agreements.
13. Contribute to distribution projects and prepare materials for sales presentations.
14. Ensure maximum stock availability in coordination with e-commerce plans.

1. Graduate from a business school with strong analytical skills.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Advanced analytical and numerical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
5. Proactive and self-starting attitude.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury sector is advantageous but not essential.

Graduate from a business school.
