1. Produce weekly retail sales reports and update monthly retailer reports.
2. Conduct stock and trade analysis and validate retailer orders.
3. Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently for sales reporting and analysis.
4. Track retail sell-in and sell-out sales, particularly for new launches and seasonal promotions.
5. Support the coordination and preparation of strategy and sales meetings.
6. Prepare account-specific forms and coordinate the returns process.
7. Liaise with the e-retail team to ensure timely product launches.
8. Manage communication regarding product updates and promotional activities.
9. Administer account openings, closures, and detail changes.
10. Update trade marketing plans and promotional trackers, sharing insights with the team.
11. Collate stock requests and manage retailer queries.
12. Review retailer orders to align with demand and maximize stock availability.
13. Assist in updating site fee and purchase order files, and track spending.
14. Support the returns process in line with agreements.
15. Contribute to distribution projects and sales meeting preparations.
16. Ensure maximum stock availability for retailer and e-commerce plans.

1. Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive, self-starter with a team-oriented attitude.

Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury environment is advantageous but not essential.

Graduate from a Business school.
