1. Produce weekly retail sales reports
2. Update monthly retailer reports
3. Conduct stock and trade analysis and validate retailer orders
4. Track retail sell-in and sell-out sales for new launches and Christmas Coffrets
5. Support coordination and preparation of strategy and sales meetings
6. Prepare account-specific forms and coordinate returns process
7. Liaise with e-retail team for new product launches
8. Manage communication regarding product updates, sampling, and GWP
9. Administer account openings, closures, and detail changes
10. Update trade marketing plans and promotional tracker weekly
11. Collate stock requests and share queries with retailers
12. Review retailer orders for demand alignment and stock availability
13. Update site fee and PO files, track and raise purchase orders
14. Assist in returns process and distribution project
15. Prepare gifts and hospitality for sales meetings
16. Ensure maximum stock availability in coordination with retailer e-commerce plans

1. Graduate from a business school
2. Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury environment is advantageous

2. Strong analytical skills

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
