1. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses and construct detailed reports.
2. Support field teams in organizing and monitoring local events and providing sales development tools.
3. Implement and track makeup, fragrance, and skincare animations across the national Sephora network.
4. Participate in the provision of promotional materials and in-store services for the sales force.
5. Assist in the development of temporary point-of-sale displays and necessary deployment tools for the sales team.

1. Previous internship experience of 6 months is preferred.
