1. Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses and construct comprehensive reports.
2. Support field teams in organizing and monitoring local events and in utilizing tools necessary for sales development across various zones.
3. Implement and oversee makeup, fragrance, and skincare promotions across the national Sephora network.
4. Assist in providing sales teams with promotional materials (GWP, samples, gifting art) and implementing in-store services.
5. Conduct competitive analysis within the Sephora network.
6. Aid in the development of temporary point-of-sale displays and necessary tools and documents for deployment to the sales force.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
2. Ideally, previous experience in project management.
