- Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Update retailer monthly retail reports and validate stock and trade analysis.
- Track retail sell-in and sell-out sales, particularly for new launches and seasonal products.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis by segments, brand, and account to inform sales strategy.
- Support the coordination and preparation of strategy and sales meetings.
- Prepare account-specific forms and coordinate the returns process.
- Liaise with the e-retail team to ensure timely product launches.
- Manage communication regarding new product launches, sampling, and gifts with purchase.
- Administer account openings, closures, and detail changes.
- Update trade marketing plans and promotional trackers, sharing insights with the team.
- Collate stock requests and manage retailer orders to optimize stock availability.
- Maintain the retailer wholesale tracker, providing weekly updates to the Commercial Manager.
- Assist in updating site fee and purchase order files, and track expenditures.
- Support the returns process and distribution projects.
- Prepare gifts and hospitality for sales meetings.
- Ensure maximum stock availability in coordination with e-commerce plans.
- Graduate from a business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.
Graduate from a business school.
