1. Integrate fully into the daily operations of the Key Account Management and Business Planning teams.
2. Support the coordination of all customer activities and inquiries.
3. Accompany all relevant customer processes, including new product launches and quantity planning.
4. Actively assist in the strategic development of customer relationships.
5. Independently plan, manage, and enhance the national returns process to ensure sustainable and efficient returns management.
6. Take responsibility for recording and processing sales data for all customers as the key user of a new reporting system.
7. Regularly generate reports on relevant KPIs.
8. Collaborate effectively with all relevant departments: Key Account Management, Business Planning, Retail, Field Sales, and Marketing.

1. Completed commercial training or degree.
2. Knowledge or experience in coordination and organizational roles, ideally within FMCG/luxury goods in an international setting.

1. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
3. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Independence, organizational talent, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
5. Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, ideally with exposure to FMCG or luxury goods sectors.

Completed commercial training or degree.
