2. Achieve or exceed sales targets with a primary focus on makeup.
3. Link sell across product categories to enhance Average Transaction Value (ATV) and Average Transaction Units (ATU).
4. Educate clients and Dior ambassadors on Dior products, especially makeup trends and application.
5. Create and implement in-store events to drive makeup sales.
6. Initiate contact with customers, providing exceptional service and building personal relationships to ensure client loyalty.
7. Maintain and utilize a customer database to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
8. Demonstrate expert makeup skills and conduct in-store coaching to enhance Dior Ambassadors' proficiency.
9. Stay informed on Dior catwalk makeup trends through social media and other resources.
10. Adhere to company and store policies, contributing to merchandise management and monitoring stock levels.
11. Represent Parfums Christian Dior as a brand ambassador at all times.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail makeup artistry.
2. Expertise in makeup with knowledge of skincare and fragrance.
3. Experience in creating and implementing events.
4. Strong affinity with the Dior brand and products.

1. Excellent makeup artistry and application skills.
2. Strong communication skills to convey makeup knowledge to colleagues and customers.
3. Ability to coach and train Dior Ambassadors, fostering teamwork.
4. Proactive sales ability with a focus on driving the Dior makeup business.

A minimum of 3 years in retail makeup artistry, with a proven track record in sales and event implementation.
