Parfums Christian Dior Client Supply Chain Transformation Manager

- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for Client Supply Chain transformation in alignment with Dior's global objectives.
- Lead projects to enhance Supply Chain agility and excellence, ensuring optimal stock allocation and product availability.
- Foster collaboration with distributor clients to optimize forecast sharing, supply management, and lead time reduction.
- Oversee the implementation of innovative Supply Chain processes and tools, focusing on client orientation.
- Conduct in-depth studies to understand business needs and formalize essential deliverables for decision-making.
- Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, costs, and quality.
- Communicate and manage risks associated with new processes and solutions, ensuring optimal team adoption.
- Regularly update sponsors and stakeholders on progress through clear reporting and impactful presentations.
- Participate actively in the Supply Chain community, sharing best practices and staying attuned to innovations within LVMH and the market.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Digital.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in Supply Chain teams, particularly in planning and project management.
- Proven expertise in retail omnichannel environments.
- Expertise in defining and implementing innovative Supply Chain strategies.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain management tools (ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Natural leadership and ability to motivate and unite teams.
- Fluency in French and English; additional European language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively across teams.
Minimum 10 years of significant experience in Supply Chain teams, particularly in planning and project management, with a focus on retail omnichannel environments.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business, with a specialization in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Digital.
