- Lead the project management and execution of the Client Service transformation program.
- Identify necessary resources and construct the project budget.
- Define and formalize the business case for each implementation project, quantifying costs, expected benefits, and ROI.
- Develop a detailed program schedule, outlining phases, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved, including internal teams, external providers, and regional markets.
- Organize and facilitate project follow-up meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and anticipate potential risks and obstacles, implementing corrective action plans.
- Establish KPIs to monitor program progress and measure success.
- Produce regular reports for management and stakeholders, communicating project status transparently.
- Develop and implement a change management and communication plan, involving employees from the outset.
- Support managers in leading change and mobilizing their teams.
- Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative market analyses to inform decision-making.
- Analyze Client Service data to present a comprehensive view of the customer experience and implement targeted actions.
- Serve as the primary internal and external contact for the transformation program, coordinating with Omnichannel, E-business, Client Development, Retail Education, IS, and regional and market directors.
- Degree from a Grande Ecole in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or within the retail, customer experience, or client service sectors.
- Proven expertise in project management, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, and financial analysis tools.
- Strong business orientation with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and influence in a dynamic international context.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or within the retail, customer experience, or client service sectors.
Degree from a Grande Ecole in Engineering or Business.
