- Lead the project management process, including scoping, planning, and resource allocation.
- Define and formalize business cases for implementation projects, quantifying costs, expected benefits, and ROI.
- Develop detailed program schedules, outlining phases, key milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved, including internal teams, external vendors, and regional markets.
- Organize and facilitate project follow-up meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and anticipate potential risks and obstacles, implementing corrective action plans.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress and measure success.
- Produce regular reports for management and stakeholders, communicating project status transparently.
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans, involving staff from the outset.
- Support managers in leading change and mobilizing their teams.
- Provide detailed analysis of market data to inform local strategies and decision-making.
- Analyze Client Service data to present a comprehensive view of the customer experience.
- Create and maintain recurring analytical reports and design ad-hoc reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for all transformation program-related matters, coordinating with Omnichannel, E-business, Client Development, Retail Education, IS, and market/regional management.
- Degree from a top-tier engineering or business school.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or within a company on retail, customer experience, or client service projects.
- Exceptional project management skills, including scoping, organization, and execution.
- Strong business orientation with the ability to think strategically and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, and financial analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and influence in a dynamic international context.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or within a company on retail, customer experience, or client service projects.
Degree from a top-tier engineering or business school.
