1. Understand the organizational environment of Parfums Christian Dior to identify the challenges and actions of the operational safety service.
2. Participate in defining strategy, setting objectives, and projecting necessary KPIs.
3. Conduct inventories of chemical products and their uses for the EvRC project launch.
4. Deploy chemical risk assessments across various sites and departments.
5. Monitor and communicate performance indicators related to project progress to internal stakeholders.
6. Develop tailored communications to promote a safety culture.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement actions aligned with the company's deployment plan.

1. Student in the final year of an engineering school with a focus on chemical risks.
2. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks combining QHSE and Chemistry competencies.
3. Initial experience in an HSE department, enhancing knowledge in industrial prevention.

1. Strong proposal skills, curiosity, and ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
2. Dynamic, methodical, with a desire to learn and excel.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management.
4. Familiarity with Seirich tool is advantageous.
