- Ensure the rationalization, relevance, and dissemination of departmental performance metrics, including sales results and KPIs, to various stakeholders such as Top Management and other departments.
- Estimate, analyze, and monitor annual sales forecasts, budgets, and revisions.
- Prepare analytical content for presentations to Top Management and divisions, focusing on performance metrics.
- Manage budgets, three-year plans, and strategic plans, including monthly reports and revisions.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of product and distribution performance, including core catalog versus new launches and door-level productivity and profitability.
- Oversee the quality and consolidation of analytical data across the distribution network, maintaining an up-to-date global vision and acting as the liaison between sales points and headquarters.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive change in commercial data management, ensuring automated reporting supports business steering for commercial teams.
- Implement and ensure the quality of cross-functional projects related to Power BI, providing dynamic and relevant support from a distribution, product, and market perspective.
- Ensure the proper functioning, evolution, and deployment of performance management tools, bridging the gap between headquarters and local users.
- Facilitate change management during the deployment or optimization of performance management tools, including training and onboarding new team members.
- Challenge commercial performance based on business trends identified through management tools, providing business recommendations to the Steering Committee and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Maintain close contact with the finance team to track performance and profitability across the distribution network, proposing action plans and investment strategies.
- Contribute actively to Business Reviews and centralize pricing topics for Travel Retail Europe, including currency evolution tracking and competitive positioning analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in project management or transformation, preferably in a consulting firm or similar roles with successful Power BI implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex problems independently and maintain focus under pressure.
- Proactive and results-driven with a strong team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or transformation roles, ideally within a consulting firm or similar positions, with proven success in implementing Power BI solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
