- Oversee the rationalization, relevance, and dissemination of departmental performance metrics, including sales results and KPIs, to various stakeholders such as Top Management and other departments.
- Estimate, analyze, and monitor annual sales forecasts, including actuals, budget, and revisions.
- Prepare analytical content for presentations aimed at Top Management and other divisions, focusing on performance metrics.
- Manage monthly reports, budgets, and strategic plans, including three-year plans.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on product performance and distribution metrics, including door productivity and profitability.
- Ensure the quality and consolidation of analytical data across the distribution network, maintaining an up-to-date global view.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on commercial data to enhance business management.
- Automate reporting processes to support business management for Commercial teams, ensuring the implementation and quality of cross-functional projects.
- Facilitate change management during the deployment or optimization of performance management tools.
- Challenge commercial performance based on business trends, providing recommendations and insights to the Steering Committee.
- Monitor the performance and profitability of the distribution network, proposing action plans and investment strategies.
- Centralize pricing topics for Travel Retail Europe, including currency evolution and competitive positioning analysis.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of successful project management or transformation experience in consulting or similar roles.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English with a strong team spirit.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven with the ability to handle complex issues independently.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or transformation roles, preferably within a consulting firm or similar positions, with proven success in implementing Power BI solutions.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
