- Ensure the rationalization, relevance, and dissemination of departmental performance metrics, including sales results and KPIs, to various stakeholders such as Top Management and departmental committees.
- Estimate, analyze, and track annual sales forecasts, budgets, and revisions.
- Prepare analytical content for presentations to Top Management, focusing on performance metrics.
- Manage monthly reports, budgets, and strategic plans, including three-year plans.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of product and distribution performance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the distribution network.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on data-driven business management, ensuring automated reporting and the implementation of high-quality, dynamic support tools.
- Facilitate change management during the deployment and optimization of performance management tools, including training and onboarding of new team members.
- Challenge commercial performance by providing business recommendations based on trend analysis and maintaining a close relationship with the finance team to track network performance and profitability.
- Centralize pricing discussions for Travel Retail Europe, monitoring currency fluctuations and competitive positioning.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (BAC +5).
- Proven experience in project management or transformation within a consultancy or similar roles, with successful implementation of Power BI.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Proactive and results-driven with the ability to handle complex issues independently.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or transformation roles, preferably within a consultancy or similar environment.
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
