- Oversee the rationalization, relevance, and dissemination of departmental performance metrics.
- Report, control, and communicate sales results (Sell-in, Sell-out) and KPIs to various stakeholders including Top Management and other departments.
- Estimate, analyze, and track annual sales forecasts, budgets, and revisions.
- Prepare analytical content for presentations to Top Management and divisions.
- Manage budget, three-year plans, and strategic plans, including monthly reports and revisions.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on products and distribution, focusing on core catalog versus new launches and productivity by outlet.
- Ensure the quality and consolidation of analytical data across the distribution network, maintaining an updated global view.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive change in commercial data management for business steering.
- Implement and maintain automated reporting tools for business teams, ensuring quality and relevance.
- Facilitate change management during the deployment or optimization of performance management tools.
- Provide business recommendations to the Steering Committee based on business trends.
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor distribution network performance and profitability.
- Centralize pricing topics for Travel Retail Europe, including currency evolution and competitive positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or transformation, preferably in a consulting firm or similar role.
- Proven experience with Power BI implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English with strong team spirit.
- Proactive and results-driven with the ability to handle complex issues independently.
- Strong synthesis skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or transformation, preferably in a consulting firm or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
