- Ensure the rationalization, relevance, and sharing of departmental performance metrics, including sales reporting and KPI communication to top management and other stakeholders.
- Estimate, analyze, and track annual sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with budgetary and strategic plans.
- Prepare analytical content for presentations to top management, focusing on budget, three-year plans, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dives into product and distribution performance, maintaining a comprehensive and updated view of the distribution network.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive change in commercial data management, ensuring automated reporting and effective tool deployment.
- Facilitate change management during the implementation or optimization of performance management tools, including training and onboarding.
- Challenge commercial performance by providing business recommendations and monitoring profitability across distribution channels.
- Act as the central contact for pricing topics, analyzing currency evolution and competitive positioning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in project management or transformation roles, preferably in consulting or similar positions.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven, with the ability to handle complex problems independently.
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in project management or transformation roles, preferably in consulting or similar positions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
