1. Set sales targets for team members in alignment with company expectations.

3. Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.

5. Manage stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.

7. Ensure completion of all operational and administrative tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
