1. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sell-out performance analyses using Circana/Beauté Research panels and Power BI for the global category.
2. Develop ad-hoc analyses based on business needs, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
3. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to conduct launch reviews for S1 and S2 2025.
4. Participate in strategic presentations, including FY 2024 reviews, S1 2025 launches, three-year plans, roadmaps, and worldwide meetings.
5. Continuously improve and adapt analysis reports in Excel to reflect environmental changes, including panel updates and new tool transitions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program (business school, university, or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in analytical roles is preferred.
