1. Conduct weekly and monthly performance reporting for direct retail operations.
2. Analyze weekly performance and identify associated action plans.
3. Monitor store operations and current events, liaising with stand managers to drive performance.
4. Track global direct-to-consumer leadership by store.
5. Participate in the development of internal and external business reviews.
6. Prepare monthly notes for top management on each retail partner.
7. Organize and prepare meetings for Retail Managers and Directors, including presentation support and data analysis.
8. Coordinate administrative follow-ups, such as contract signings.
9. Enhance the brand's actions with retail partners and manage POS pricing sheets.
10. Deploy and coordinate the retail animation plan, collaborating with various internal teams and retail partners.
11. Provide performance insights and recommendations for retail animations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Previous experience in business development is appreciated.
3. Interest in luxury and beauty sectors is recommended.

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
2. Ability to automate Excel files is a plus.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.

7. Emotional intelligence and teamwork capabilities.

No prior experience required, but previous exposure to business development is appreciated.
