1. Conduct weekly reporting and analysis, including CRM tracking and post-operation evaluations to identify best practices.
2. Organize and oversee the execution of CRM operations with retail partners, ensuring effective communication and validation of assets.
3. Draft and distribute a weekly newsletter detailing updates and activities of retail partners.
4. Monitor and analyze retail partner activities on various platforms, including websites and social media.
5. Assist in the development and execution of the semi-annual event plan, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
6. Prepare and organize meetings for the Key Account Manager, including presentation materials and quantitative analyses.
7. Facilitate administrative follow-ups, such as contract management and documentation.
8. Enhance the Maison's visibility and actions with retail partners.
9. Conduct competitive intelligence to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

1. Enrollment in a Business School program, pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+4).

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
