Parfums Christian Dior Business Development Assistant Intern

- Prepare and organize commercial meetings within the Wholesales scope, including presentation materials and data analyses.
- Assist in implementing the commercial cooperation plan with retail partners in close collaboration with Dior teams, including retail, marketing, and sales administration.
- Monitor sales performance through business analysis of Wholesales, including tracking Trade and promotional plans for Dior and competitors.
- Analyze sell-out results from the NPD panel for various retail partners.
- Aid in constructing promotional activities and conduct post-mortem analyses.
- Participate in the deployment of local events, handling logistics, team presentations, and conceptualizing proposed activities.
- Communicate sales objectives to retail partners and Dior retail teams, and track these figures within the Wholesales scope.
- Manage operational sales tracking for Maison Christian Dior and Parfums Christian Dior across three axes: Fragrances, Makeup, and Skincare within the Wholesales scope, including sales forecasts, stock recommendations, and tracking stockouts.
- Collaborate with the Retail Wholesales team to manage operational follow-up and report to financial control on operational and freelance budgets for retail partners.
- Address ad-hoc requests from Retail Wholesales teams regarding retail partner issues, including logistics, referencing, and promotions.
- Oversee and drive local action plans in partnership with the Retail Wholesales team.
- Currently enrolled in a Business or Communication school program.
- Holding a BAC +4 or 5 level qualification.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and open-mindedness.
- Interest in the luxury cosmetics industry.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in retail project management or as a Business Analyst.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Communication at a BAC +4 or 5 level.
Opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the selective perfumery sector within the commercial direction in the French market.
