Business Development Assistant Intern

1. Prepare and organize commercial meetings for the Wholesales sector, including presentation materials and data analysis.
2. Assist in implementing the commercial cooperation plan with retail teams, marketing, and sales administration.
3. Monitor sales performance through business analysis of Wholesales, tracking trade and promotional plans for Dior and competitors.
4. Analyze sell-out results from the NPD panel for various retailers.
5. Assist in the creation of promotional activities and follow-up on post-mortem analyses.
6. Participate in the deployment of local events, including logistics, team presentations, and animation proposals.
7. Communicate sales objectives to retailers and Dior retail teams and track these figures within the Wholesales sector.
8. Operationally monitor sales for Maison Christian Dior and Parfums Christian Dior across perfumes, makeup, and skincare.
9. Collaborate with the Retail Wholesales team to monitor and report on the operational budget and freelance budget for retailers.
10. Address ad-hoc requests from Retail Wholesales teams regarding retailer issues such as logistics, referencing, and promotions.
11. Monitor and manage local action plans in partnership with the Retail Wholesales team.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Communication.
2. Bachelor's degree level 4 or 5.

1. Organized, versatile, and rigorous.
2. Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical skills and a passion for cosmetics and luxury.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Ideally, previous experience in retail project management or as a Business Analyst.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Communication.

Internship from July to December 2025 in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
