1. Retrieve data from sell-out databases such as Circana and Beauty Research.
2. Process, harmonize, and ensure data reliability.
3. Augment sell-out data with additional databases including sell-in dashboards, media budgets, and campaign KPIs.
4. Develop and share strategic analyses and recommendations with the Marketing team, Executive Committee, and LVMH.
5. Monitor sell-out and sell-in performance on a global scale across various timeframes.
6. Formulate growth hypotheses, market projections, competitive evolution, and strategic recommendations for Dior.
7. Participate in roadmap, budget, and taskforce presentations and initiatives.
8. Produce ad-hoc analyses upon request from category directors.
9. Continuously improve analytical reports and adapt to environmental changes.
10. Coordinate launch assessments with marketing plans and product teams.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Beauty industry.
