1. Retrieve data from sell-out databases such as Circana and Beauty Research.
2. Process, harmonize, and ensure the reliability of data.
3. Augment sell-out data with additional databases, including sell-in dashboards, media budgets, and campaign KPIs.
4. Develop and share strategic analyses and recommendations with the Marketing team, Executive Committee, and LVMH.
5. Monitor sell-out and sell-in performance on a global scale, including market, Dior, and competitor analysis.
6. Formulate growth hypotheses, market projections, competitive evolution, and strategic recommendations for Dior.
7. Participate in roadmaps, budget planning, 3YP presentations, LVMH presentations, and taskforces.
8. Produce ad-hoc analyses upon request from category directors.
9. Continuously improve analytical reports (Excel) and adapt to environmental changes, such as panel updates and product launches.
10. Coordinate launch assessments with the marketing plan and product teams.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Beauty industry.
