Christian Dior Business Analyst

- Retrieve data from sell-out databases such as Circana and Beauty Research.
- Process, harmonize, and ensure the reliability of data.
- Augment sell-out data with additional databases including sell-in dashboards, media budgets, and campaign KPIs.
- Develop and disseminate strategic analyses and recommendations to the relevant Marketing team, Executive Committee, and LVMH.
- Monitor sell-out and sell-in performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with a global scope covering market, Dior, and competitors.
- Formulate growth hypotheses, market projections, competitive evolution, and strategic recommendations for Dior.
- Participate in roadmaps, budgets, three-year plans, LVMH presentations, and taskforces.
- Produce ad-hoc analyses at the request of category directors.
- Continuously improve analytical reports (Excel) and adapt to environmental changes such as panel updates and product launches.
- Coordinate launch assessments with the marketing plan and product teams.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or Engineering School.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, excluding internships or apprenticeships.
- Proficiency in the beauty industry, specifically in makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a penchant for strategic recommendations and business development.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, and present data effectively.
- Flexibility and agility in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Brand sensitivity and execution excellence.
- Fluency in French and English; Mandarin is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, with a focus on data analysis and strategic recommendations in the beauty industry.
